Factory Manager
Responsible for the overall coordination of the work of various departments to ensure the smooth progress of various production tasks. I coordinate the production scheduling of orders and arrange production plans reasonably according to market demand. My main responsibilities are to implement the work of each link, monitor the production process, and ensure the optimal allocation of resources to achieve efficient and high-quality production goals. Quality Supervisore
Ensure the quality follow-up of the entire workshop to effectively control the production quality of each department. I am committed to implementing the standards of pre-production samples and ensuring their smooth implementation in the subsequent production process, so as to ensure the consistency and reliability of product quality. Responsible for managing and controlling the online full inspection personnel of each department to ensure that they have sufficient professional knowledge and skills when performing inspection tasks. Responsible for training and guiding the inspection personnel to improve the quality awareness and operation level of the team. Accompany customers to conduct AQL inspections, actively coordinate various tasks, and ensure that customer needs and standards are fully understood and implemented. For problems found by customers during the inspection process, timely record and feedback, promote the implementation of relevant improvement measures, so as to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
